Self Service Password Reset Portal

1.) Navigate to the https://sso.pcom.edu website (1.), enter your PCOM username (2.), and then click "Next" (3.) PCOM SSO sign-in page with emphasis on the URL, the Username text field, and the "Next" button.
2.) Click the link for "Forgot password" PCOM SSO sign-in page with emphasis on the "Forgot Password?" option.
3.) A push notification will be sent to your mobile device with Okta Verify. Select the "Yes, it's me" option to approve the Okta Verify push PCOM SSO "Get a push notification" page with an indication that the push notification has been sent.
4.) Enter the answer to your security question (1.) and then click "Verify" (2.) "Verify with your Security Question" page with emphasis on the “What was the name of your first pet?” text field and the "Verify" button.
5.) Enter your new password (1.), re-enter the new password (2.), and then click "Reset Password" (3.) “Reset your PCOM-SSO password” page with emphasis on the “New password” & “Re-enter password” text fields, & on the “Reset Password” button.
